This Return & Exchange Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Sale and applies to all orders placed through the alfabeads.com website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Domestic Orders (United States)
1.1 Timeframe
- A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery as confirmed by the tracking number provided by the shipping carrier.
- An exchange request must also be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date as confirmed by the tracking number.
- For orders delivered via Local Delivery, the delivery date is defined as:
- the date marked as "delivered" in our logistics system;
- or the date a delivery confirmation photo was sent (including drop-off at the door);
- or another form of verifiable delivery confirmation.
1.2 Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- The item must be in new and unworn condition, with no signs of damage, use, or alterations.
- The original packaging must be included (pouch and box).
- The security brand tag with the å logo must be attached and undamaged.
1.3 Proof of Purchase
To initiate a return or exchange, one of the following identifiers must be provided:
- Order number,
- Email or phone number associated with the order,
- Or the package tracking number.
1.4 Fees and Financial Terms
- A $9.99 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, regardless of the delivery method used.
- In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost of the replacement item.
- If the new item is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
- If the new item is of lesser value, no partial refund will be issued.
- Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method.
1.5 Processing
Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange after the item has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
1.6 Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry
- Items marked as Final Sale (Sale Product, Sale Collection)
- Gift cards
- Used, damaged, or modified items
- Requests made after the allowable return/exchange window
- More than one exchange per original order
1.7 Fraud & Abuse
We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or inappropriate conduct during communication with our support team.
2. International Orders
2.1 Timeframe
- A return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date as confirmed by the international tracking number.
- An exchange request must also be submitted within 30 calendar days from the delivery date as confirmed by the international tracking number.
2.2 General Terms
All provisions set forth in Sections 1.2 through 1.7 apply equally to international orders, except where specifically modified by the terms in Section 2.3.
2.3 Costs and Responsibilities
- The customer is responsible for:
- All shipping costs related to returning the original item and shipping the replacement item (in case of exchange),
- All customs duties, taxes, and insurance on both legs of the shipment.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We do not provide prepaid international return labels.
- If the customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, all associated costs will be deducted from the refund.
