Exchange Policy

If for some reason you have decided to exchange the jewelry purchased from us, then on this page you will find complete instructions on how to do this.

STEP 1. Read the Terms of the Exchange

Period for Exchange.
A request for an Exchange of jewelry must be submitted within 28 days from the date of initial purchase. To ensure that an exchange is considered valid, the package must arrive at our offices within the 28 days period from the date of initial purchase. Please take care to comply with the deadlines provided for the exchange. Jewelry received outside this period will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense. You cannot make more than three exchanges jewelry in a 28-day period.


The Condition of the Jewelry.
To be eligible for an exchange, all jewelry must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage. Additionally, jewelry must be returned in their original packaging, which includes pouches and boxes. The Security Brand Tag with the logo stamp must remain intact on the jewelry. Please note that used jewelry cannot be exchanged.


Confirmation of the Originality of the Purchase.
You must have the order number specified in the electronic receipt that you received when making the purchase. If you received our jewelry as a gift and do not have an electronic receipt, then be prepared for the fact that it may be necessary to send us a photo of the jewelry and information about the buyer (name, address, phone number, email etc.) during the exchange process (STEP 2).


Postal service and payment for mail shipping.
Payment for mail shipping fees at the first exchange is carried out at our expense. Postal duties for the following exchanges in the 28-day period are carried out at the expense of the client.


Difference in the Price of Jewelry During the Exchange.
The exchange is made for any jewelry presented on our website. If you are interested in jewelry with a higher value for exchange, then after confirming the exchange from our website, you will be billed to pay for the corresponding difference. If the jewelry you have chosen has a lower value than the jewelry to be exchanged, then the difference will not be reimbursed from our side. The price of jewelry for exchange is set at the time of purchase and any price changes on our part after purchase do not affect pricing in the exchange process.


Exchange Procedure for International Orders.
Due to the high cost of international postal services and customs duties, as well as the financial impracticality relative to the value of the jewelry, only a return policy is provided for international orders, in accordance with the conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

Specify in the Email:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Email
  • Order Number
  • Your Shipping Address
  • Style # of the Desired Jewelry
  • The Reason for the Exchange
  • Additional information

Send the prepared email to exchange@alfabeads.com 

Within 2 business days, we will process your exchange request and, upon confirmation of the exchange, we will send you the QR code of the transport label, which you can print at the USPS post office.


After the arrival of your jewelry for exchange at our office, we will need 3-5 business days to process it. We will notify you about the exchange by email after we confirm that the jewelry is in good condition and send it to you. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the condition of the received jewelry does not correspond to the condition required in this policy. In this case, the jewelry will be sent back to you at your expense.
