Additional Guarantee for ÅWORLD Members

We are glad that you are staying with us and for all members who have Joined Us, we provide an additional one-time guarantee for jewelry valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. We will replace a torn or stretched elastic cord or nylon thread for free and/or replace damaged or lost two beads to restore your jewelry. Jewelry that have passed Additional Guarantee service are not subject to further exchange and return.

HOW TO DO IT? 5 SIMPLE STEPS!
1. You must be Registered at the time of purchase or within 7 days of purchase.
2. You must have an electronic receipt confirming the purchase in ålfabeads.com
3. Send a message about Additional Guarantee case to guarantee@alfabeads.com
4. Send us your jewelry to our mailing address.*
5. Give us time to restore your jewelry and wait for it to be received by mail.

Lifetime Guarantee of Stones

So that you can be sure of the high quality of the stones that are used in our jewelry, we provide you with a lifetime guarantee for beads made of semi-precious and ornamental stones.This guarantee applies to all buyers regardless of whether they are a registered members of ÅWORLD.

Please keep in mind that the Lifetime Guarantee does not cover coating problems, fading of beads and leather, broken, stretched or torn jewelry, as well as damage resulting from regular use, misuse or storage of your products. We advise you to read our jewelry Care Instructions to reduce the wear and tear of purchased jewelry. The case of a Lifetime Guarantee implies the replacement of stones and the exchange of jewelry in the presence of obvious facts of their non-naturalness.


HOW TO DO IT? 5 SIMPLE STEPS! 

1. Send a message about Lifetime Guarantee case to guarantee@alfabeads.com
2. You must have an electronic receipt confirming the purchase in ålfabeads.com store.
3. Write in the message why you think the stones are unnatural. Add photos of the condition of the stones to the email (optional).
4. Get our confirmation for the exchange and get the QR code of the postal service from us to send the jewelry to us.
5. After we receive the jewelry, give us time to verify the authenticity of the stones and prepare the Exchange of your jewelry. Wait for the receipt of your new jewelry by mail.

This Guarantee Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Guarantee Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

*Sending jewelry to us for an Additional Guarantee case is at the expense of the buyer. We are not responsible for jewelry lost by the postal service.
