Guarantee Policy

This Guarantee Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Sale of alfabeads and applies to all orders placed through our website. Please read it carefully before using the guarantee.

1. Limited Repair Guarantee (for damage caused by the customer)

All customers Registered on alfabeads.com (åWORLD members) are eligible for a one-time limited repair guarantee valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers free restoration of jewelry that has been damaged during wear or due to customer handling.

1.1. What the Guarantee Covers:

  • Replacement of torn or stretched polyurethane elastic string or steel wire in beaded bracelets and necklaces;
  • Replacement of up to two damaged or lost beads;
  • Replacement of magnetic clasps or other standard closures that are no longer functional.

1.2. Conditions:

  • The guarantee is valid one time per jewelry item.
  • Proof of purchase on alfabeads.com is required (Order Number, Email or Phone Number, Tracking Number).
  • The customer must have registered on the website before or within 7 days after the purchase.
  • All delivery costs (including Local Delivery and postal services), taxes, and any applicable customs duties must be covered by the customer and are non-refundable.
  • Once the item is restored, it cannot be returned or exchanged, even if the return period has not expired.

1.3. How to Use the Guarantee:

  • Ensure you registered at alfabeads.com before or within 7 days after purchase.
  • Prepare your electronic receipt or Order Number confirming your purchase at alfabeads.com.
  • Email guarantee@alfabeads.com with a description of the issue and photos (optional).
  • Ship the jewelry to the mailing address provided in the reply.
  • Wait for us to restore and return your jewelry by mail.

2. Lifetime Stone Authenticity Guarantee

All alfabeads customers are covered by a lifetime guarantee confirming that we use only natural semi-precious and decorative stones in our jewelry.

2.1. What the Guarantee Covers:

  • The right to return or exchange the jewelry if it is found that the stones are not natural.

2.2. Conditions:

2.2.1. Not covered:

  • Worn-out coating or fading;
  • Natural bead wear and aging;
  • Wear and tear from use;
  • Cosmetic defects not related to authenticity.
  • The customer must arrange an independent verification if they suspect the stones are not genuine.
  • The cost of verification will not be reimbursed by the company.
