Guarantee Policy

This Guarantee Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Sale of Alfabeads Energy Jewelry and applies to all orders placed through alfabeads.com. Please read this Policy carefully before making use of any guarantee coverage.

This Guarantee Policy provides two separate forms of coverage:

  • Limited Repair Guarantee — a one-time complimentary repair benefit for qualifying jewelry damaged during wear or customer handling, subject to the terms below; and
  • Lifetime Stone Authenticity Guarantee — a lifetime guarantee regarding the authenticity of natural stones used in our jewelry.

Nothing in this Guarantee Policy limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

1. Limited Repair Guarantee

1.1 General Terms

All customers registered on alfabeads.com as åWORLD members are eligible for one complimentary limited repair per jewelry item within 6 months from the date of purchase, subject to the terms of this Policy.

This benefit is intended for minor functional restoration when damage occurs during ordinary wear or as a result of accidental customer handling.

1.2 What the Limited Repair Guarantee May Cover

At our reasonable discretion, the Limited Repair Guarantee may cover:

  • replacement of torn, stretched, or damaged polyurethane elastic string;
  • replacement of damaged or worn steel jewelry wire in beaded bracelets or necklaces;
  • replacement of up to two damaged or lost beads, where technically possible and where matching or reasonably similar materials are available;
  • replacement of a non-functioning magnetic clasp or other standard functional closure; and
  • other minor functional restoration that we reasonably determine falls within the scope of this Policy.

1.3 What the Limited Repair Guarantee Does Not Cover

The Limited Repair Guarantee does not cover, without limitation:

  • complete destruction of the jewelry item;
  • loss of a substantial number of beads, components, or decorative elements;
  • damage caused by severe impact, crushing, bending, deformation, dropping, or other significant physical force;
  • damage caused by water, chemicals, cosmetics, perfume, household cleaners, chlorine, salt, aggressive environments, or improper storage;
  • worn plating, fading, natural aging, loss of shine, scratches, cosmetic wear, or other aesthetic changes that do not materially affect basic functionality;
  • damage resulting from self-repair, alteration, disassembly, or repair attempts by third parties;
  • damage caused by commercial, professional, performance, photoshoot, extreme, or unusually intensive use; or
  • any case where exact restoration of the original design is not technically possible or the required materials are no longer available.

1.4 Conditions of Eligibility

To qualify for the Limited Repair Guarantee, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

  • the guarantee is valid one time per jewelry item;
  • the item must have been purchased through alfabeads.com;
  • the customer must be registered on the website as an åWORLD member before submitting the guarantee request;
  • registration must be completed no later than 7 calendar days after purchase, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing;
  • the customer must provide acceptable proof of purchase;
  • the jewelry item must be available for inspection and repair; and
  • the request must be submitted within the applicable guarantee period.

1.5 Proof of Purchase

To review a guarantee request, the customer must provide at least one of the following:

  • order number;
  • email address used for the order;
  • phone number associated with the order;
  • tracking number associated with the order; or
  • other reasonable proof of purchase from alfabeads.com.

1.6 Customer Costs

Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for:

  • shipping the jewelry item to us;
  • return shipping of the repaired item;
  • any local delivery charges, where applicable;
  • applicable taxes; and
  • any customs duties, import charges, or similar fees, where applicable.

These amounts are non-refundable.

1.7 How to Use the Limited Repair Guarantee

To request service under the Limited Repair Guarantee, the customer must:

  • make sure they are registered on alfabeads.com as an åWORLD member;
  • prepare proof of purchase;
  • email guarantee@alfabeads.com with a short description of the issue and, where possible, photos;
  • wait for our reply with further instructions;
  • ship the jewelry item to the address provided in our reply; and
  • allow us reasonable time to inspect, repair, and return the item.

We may request additional information, photographs, proof of purchase, or other materials reasonably necessary to evaluate the request.

1.8 Inspection, Determination, and Repair Limitations

After receiving the item, we may inspect it and determine, at our reasonable discretion:

  • whether the issue falls within the scope of the Limited Repair Guarantee;
  • whether repair is technically possible;
  • which materials may be used for repair;
  • whether an exact replacement is possible or whether a reasonably similar replacement will be used; and
  • whether the item is repairable at all.

If we reasonably determine that the issue is not covered by this Policy, we may:

  • decline complimentary repair;
  • offer a paid repair, where available; or
  • return the item unrepaired at the customer’s expense.

1.9 Effect of Repair on Return or Exchange

If a customer voluntarily elects repair under this Limited Repair Guarantee, the customer agrees that the specific repaired issue or defect will no longer qualify as a basis for return or exchange under our standard Return and Exchange Policy, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights provided under mandatory applicable law.

2. Lifetime Stone Authenticity Guarantee

2.1 General Terms

All customers of Alfabeads Energy Jewelry are covered by a lifetime guarantee regarding the authenticity of the natural stones used in our jewelry.

This means that, according to our representation, we use natural stones and natural mineral-based decorative materials in our jewelry to the extent described on the relevant product page or in the product description, unless otherwise expressly disclosed.

2.2 What This Guarantee Covers

The Lifetime Stone Authenticity Guarantee applies if it is properly established that stones represented by us as natural are, in fact, not natural in origin or were materially misdescribed in relation to their authenticity.

2.3 What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

The Lifetime Stone Authenticity Guarantee does not cover, without limitation:

  • natural variations in color, texture, inclusions, pattern, shape, or luster of natural stones;
  • differences between individual beads in the same jewelry item;
  • ordinary wear, aging, loss of shine, or signs of use;
  • fading, plating wear, or coating wear;
  • cosmetic changes unrelated to authenticity;
  • subjective dissatisfaction with the shade, pattern, or appearance of a stone;
  • claims of inauthenticity not supported by reasonable evidence; or
  • disputes regarding symbolic, spiritual, energetic, aesthetic, or other non-material qualities of stones.

2.4 Evidence of Inauthenticity

If a customer believes that stones used in a jewelry item are not natural, the customer must provide reasonably reliable evidence supporting that claim.

Acceptable supporting materials may include:

  • a written opinion from an independent qualified gemologist;
  • a report from a gemological laboratory; or
  • other expert evidence that we reasonably accept as sufficient.

We reserve the right to:

  • request additional supporting materials;
  • inspect the item ourselves;
  • seek an internal or external independent assessment; and
  • deny the claim if the submitted materials are insufficient, contradictory, or unreliable.

2.5 Independent Verification Costs

If the customer independently arranges authenticity verification, the cost of that verification is not automatically reimbursable.

If, after review, we confirm that the item was materially misdescribed in relation to the natural authenticity of the stones, we may, at our discretion:

  • issue a full refund;
  • offer an exchange;
  • issue store credit; or
  • separately consider whether some or all reasonable verification costs should be reimbursed.

2.6 Available Remedy

If it is reasonably confirmed that stones described as natural are not natural, we will provide, at our discretion, one of the following remedies:

  • a refund;
  • an exchange for another item;
  • store credit; or
  • another reasonable resolution agreed with the customer.

2.7 How to Submit a Request

All requests under the Lifetime Stone Authenticity Guarantee must be submitted through our Return & Exchange Portal.

We may request additional documents, photographs, expert materials, the jewelry item itself for inspection, or any other information reasonably necessary to review the request.

3. General Terms Applicable to All Guarantee Claims

3.1 Scope of Coverage

This Guarantee Policy applies only to jewelry purchased through alfabeads.com, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

3.2 No Additional Commercial Guarantees Beyond Those Expressly Provided

Except as expressly stated in this Guarantee Policy and in any other written guarantee documents published by the brand, no additional commercial guarantee is provided.

Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded under applicable law.

3.3 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Guarantee Policy at any time by posting a revised version on our website. In general, the version in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
