In this case, you will be asked to replace the missing product and/or refund the money you paid for the product or part of it, depending on the outcome of solving this situation.

9. Dispute Resolution. Binding Arbitration
Rather than litigating in court, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms of Sale, your purchase of an item through the Site, or items bought from us will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
