We strive to provide our customers with high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward Return Policy.

STEP 1. Read the Terms of the Return

Period for Return.
A request for a Return of jewelry must be submitted within 14 days from the date of initial purchase. For international orders, a request for the Return of jewelry must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date, as indicated by the postal service that carried out the delivery. To ensure that a return is considered valid, the package must arrive at our offices within the 14 days period from the date of our approval of the return request. For international orders, the return is considered valid if the package arrives at our office within 28 days from the date of our approval of the return request. Please take care to comply with the deadlines provided for the return. Jewelry received outside this period will not be processed and will be returned to you at your expense.


The Condition of the Jewelry.
To be eligible for a return, all jewelry must be in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage. Additionally, jewelry must be returned in their original packaging, which includes pouches and boxes. The Security Brand Tag with the logo stamp in the form of å in a circle must remain intact on the jewelry. Please note that used jewelry is non-refundable and money for them will not be refunded, even if you have sent the jewelry to our office for a return.


Confirmation of the Originality of the Purchase.
You must have an electronic receipt that you received when making a purchase. The electronic receipt must be attached to the email during the refund process (STEP 2). Only the actual buyer can return the jewelry.


Postal service and payment for mail shipping.
When returning jewelry, all shipping fee, taxes and international duties are paid by the returning jewelry party. .


Exclusion of Return.

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Custom jewelry, including personalized items and items made to order.
  • Final sale jewelry.
  • Gift card.
  • Payment for local delivery and mail shipping.

STEP 2. Return Process

  • Your Email
  • Your Shipping Address
  • Attach an electronic receipt
  • Additional information

Within 5 business days, we will process your request for a refund and after confirming the refund from our side, we will send you the QR code of the shipping label, which you can print at the USPS post office, the free box must also be in the post office. The cost of postal services will be deducted from the refund amount.
International return shipping is at the expense of the returning party and in accordance with the rules of the chosen return method. The returning party utilizing a chosen international postal service is fully responsible for any loss and/or damage to the jewelry by the postal service during the return process.


Once we receive the returned item and make sure it meets our return conditions, we will refund the money with the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that this period does not include the time required for the bank to complete the transaction. We are not responsible for delays in transactions by the banking system. The shipping or local delivery fee is non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the condition of the received jewelry does not meet the conditions provided for in this policy. In this case, the jewelry will be sent back to you at your expense.
