The Mail Shipping (Standard & Express).
We use the USPS Priority Mail service to send the goods by this method. Within 2 business days after receiving and processing the orders, we transfer them to the post office for shipment to the client at the Shipping Address specified by the client. The order is considered shipped from the moment the order is handed over to the USPS post office. After the transfer of the goods to the post office, the customer or recipient of the order will be sent a track number by which it will be possible to track the stages of shipping and their time periods.


Local Delivery.
This delivery method is carried out the next day after receiving the order at the delivery address of the customer or the recipient of the order ("customer").

On the day of delivery, the customer will be notified of the delivery time in accordance with the logistics schedule for the delivery of goods from our warehouse. During the checkout process, the customer can specify the desired delivery time, but we do not guarantee delivery at this time.

The customer is obliged to receive the goods within the specified time. If the customer is not at the place of receipt of the order at the specified time, the delivering party will take measures to contact the customer or the recipient of the order (the call will be made on an available phone, and a message will be sent that the delivery employee is waiting for the customer). During the waiting period for the customer to deliver the order, the customer may offer to leave the order at his door. In this case, the product will be considered delivered from the moment it is left at the door and the corresponding photo is sent to the customer. The customer is obliged to grant access to the building to the delivery employee. If the customer does not get in touch and does not offer to leave the order at the door, then after 10 minutes of waiting from the moment of sending the message about the arrival of the delivery employee, the goods will be returned to the warehouse (“cancellation of delivery”).

Restrictions
ålfabeads.com provides postal Mail Shipping throughout the United States in any quantity and regardless of distance. However, Local Delivery may be limited by the distance from our warehouse to the customer's shipping address. If you entered a delivery address on the Checkout page and did not find the option to select local delivery, then only Mail Shipping is available for your address.

Order is Delayed
When placing an order in our online store, you understand and accept the condition that it is possible and preparing to delay the delivery of goods due to workload at the stage of  processing and preparing of goods, either a late time for ordering goods, or for other reasons, delays in the delivery of jewelry due to human factors or technical reasons, or failure to provide complete information by the client. If there are such reasons, we will immediately adjust the delivery date and inform you about it. These reasons are not grounds for order cancellation or refund. We are not responsible for the delivery time of the goods by the postal service.
