We will exchange the jewelry for a more convenient size for you absolutely free of charge. Just go to the Exchange Page and follow the 2 exchange steps.

Registration on the website alfabeads.com will provide you with an additional guarantee for 6 months in accordance with the Guarantee Policy.

We will be happy to create for you an exclusive piece of jewelry that will not be available for mass sale (this condition does not apply to the possible coincidence of energy properties). Please contact us support@alfabeads.com for further instructions.

If you would like to be removed from our mailing list, please send an email to support@alfabead.com with "Do Not Mail" in the subject line. In the body of the email, please include your name and address.

We accept payments: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Play, Meta Pay, PayPal, Alfabeads Gift Cards, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installment.
If you need to cancel an order, please email us to support@alfabeads.com within four hours of placing your order.

Exchange & Return

For Exchange, we provide 28 days from the date of purchase. For a Return, we provide 14 days from the date of purchase. More information on page Exchange & Return

After we process the refund in accordance with the terms of the Return Policy, the refund amount will return to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. No, gift cards are non-refundable.

Shipping & Local Delivery

If you live in Los Angeles, then the fastest delivery method is Local Delivery. This service provides for the delivery of our jewelry on the following day. Please note that you must place an order before 2pm if you want the delivery to take place the next day. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next day, and Local Delivery will be carried out the day after the order is processed.
We are USPS partners and use the USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express service.
If you cannot personally accept the order at the appointed time of delivery, then we can leave your order near the door or transfer it to someone on your behalf. More details to Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Registered customers get the opportunity to track the status of the order in their account.
