No worries! You can request an exchange within 30 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange Portal. Please ensure the jewelry is unworn, in its original packaging, with the security tag attached. A $9.99 processing fee applies, and shipping costs for the replacement are covered by the customer. Exchanges are limited to once per order. To help you choose the right size before ordering, please check our Size Guide.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange Portal. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and with the security tag attached. A $9.99 processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges, and shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, customers cover the shipping of the replacement item. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing once your item has been received and inspected.

For international orders, the same 30-day timeframe applies. However, international customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and insurance for both the return and the replacement item. We do not provide prepaid international return labels, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, all related costs will be deducted from the refund.
