No worries — you may request an exchange within 30 days of delivery through our Return & Exchange Portal.
To qualify, the jewelry must be unworn, returned in its original packaging, and include the security tag attached and intact.
A $9.99 processing fee applies to each exchange, and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Exchanges are limited to one time per original order.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned with the security tag attached. A $9.99 processing fee applies to both returns and exchanges. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing after the item has been received and inspected.
For international orders, the same 30-day request window applies, but customers are responsible for return shipping, replacement shipping, customs duties, taxes, and insurance where applicable.
